error at Data Flow Task the data type DT_WSRT and DT_I4 are incompatibale

I use SQL Server 2012 and SSIS.
I create a connection from flat file .
My file like this :

and then i create a integration project and then i create data flow and
then i drag and drop one conditional split.

and then i set this condition :

and when i press ok button i get this error :

i think that i most change type of salary ?!?
how i can fix it?
